Terms and Conditions of staying at the Coleridge Way Cottages
Sorry to be so formal but it is best that you know
where you stand before you book or come and stay.
If you have any issues then please call me
to discuss them
Week and fortnight bookings normally take place Friday
to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Monday to Monday although if
availability permits we can change start and end days.
Short break facilities are available on request, and subject to
availability. We will always try a fill a week break first in season
but then it is also first-come first served. Call me, Emma,
to discuss what dates suit you.
Well behaved, housetrained small dogs are warmly welcome, accompanied
by responsible owners. Dogs do have their own secure garden where
they can roam at will. Outside of the cottage garden, dogs must
be kept on leads in the farm at all times. They must not be allowed
in the bedroom, on any of the furniture or left unattended in the
cottage at any time. Please poop-scoop when they foul the grounds.
Sorry but cats are not welcome.
The cottages are not really suitable for children.
You can bring your very young baby but also please
bring their travel cot and a high chair as we can not supply, due
to insurance reasons, any additional bedding or seating for babies.
Guests are asked not to arrive before 3pm on the day of arrival
and leave by 11am on their day of departure.
We would be very grateful if guests could leave their cottages clean
and tidy. If you want us to clean up then please let us know and
leave the cleaning charge (as outlined in your welcome pack).
The full cost is payable at the time of a booking. Bookings will
only be confirmed on receipt of your payment. In the event of a
booking not being accepted, the deposit will be refunded, in full
and without delay.
The number of people occupying the accommodation may not exceed
two people per cottage unless you have express permission from Emma
Jobin, the owner.
Guest are responsible for all the contents of the property hired
and all breakage's and damage must be reported and paid for on departure
The owners do not accept any responsibility for any injury sustained
to any visitor, or for the loss or damage to any property brought
onto the premises.
Cancellations must be advised immediately. In the event of a successful
re-let any payment already made, less £50 expenses will be
returned, otherwise all monies will be forfeited

tea towels are provided free of charge.
