Coleridge Way Livery Yard
The Coleridge Way Livery is adjacent to the cottages.
In fact you look out of the Coleridge Way
Cottages onto some of the paddocks of the Livery Yard. Alice
our enthusiastic freelance BHS qualified instructor teaches all
ages and abilities.

Willie, a foal, is the newest
edition to the livery yard. Born to Abbey, our mare in August 2009,
he is a great joy to brighten up the yard.
The livery yard has stables for 8 horses in one large
barn. Each stable has it's own rubber mats, electricity point and
low-energy lighting. The barn has running water and floodlights.
The stables were hand-built in 2006/7.

stables. Beautifully hand-crafted with their own rubber mats, electricity
point and lighting.
The indoor riding arena measures 75 feet by 45 feet
and has the most
beautiful waxed silica sand surface. It is called Activ-Track and
is made by Martin
Collins International or Hungerford. The arena is well ventilated
but dry and secure to the elements. Lighting is from 8 low-enegy
metal-hallinide floodlights. There is electricity sockets to plug
in your stereo or i-pods.

Being at the mid point on the Coleridge
Bridle Way means that we get regular visitors to the yard for
a little rest & relaxation. Emma will happily accommodate your
horse in the yard for an overnight stay, a few days, or even a DIY
livery (if there is room).

The tack room and feed room have hot and cold water
and this where the washing machines and tumble dryers are for use
by the cottages. There is also a fully functioning toilet, however
the tack room and feed room and still under construction.
