How to book the Coleridge Way Cottages

You can book in one of three ways:

1. Telephone Emma, the owner, directly on 01984 640 582 and ask any question and make your booking with a credit or debit card. If you wish we can phone you back to save your telephone bill.

2. Submit our booking form and Emma will reply to you with availability for your required dates.

3. Send Emma an Email with your preferred dates so that she can check availability and email you right back.

You choose which way you prefer.

Booking and Payment Terms:

Full payment to be made please at the time of your booking.

Payment is in advance by debit card or credit cards only - we do not charge you a processing fee. Sorry, but we no longer accept UK cheques.

If you cancel 90 days or more prior to your stay then 90% will be refunded. If you cancel for any reason 30 days or more (but less than 90 days) prior to your stay then 50% will be refunded. After that we are sorry but no refund will be made.

We reserve the right to change the prices charged at any time.

We now have a strict NO Smoking policy both in the cottages, in the garden and over all of Windwhistle Farm. We ask smokers to adhere to this and only smoke once they are outside Windwhistle Farm.

We have a complete set of terms and conditions and a privacy policy.

Length of Stays Available:

You can book a cottage or both cottages (they have an interconnecting door) for:

Full Week (or more) which is 7 nights and runs Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
Long Weekend of 4 days, 3 nights, Friday to Monday
Mid-Week of 5 days, 4 nights, Monday to Friday
You choose the start and end days but this is by special arrangement so please call Emma to discuss availability.
Christmas and New year - Special packages .

Arrival time is after 3 pm and departure time is before 11am.

Other details:

We have an access statement that reflects our commitment to appeal to as larger a group of customers as possible.

The prices in 2012, 2013 or 2014 are for either the Coleridge Cottage or the Wordsworth Cottage.

Both cottages are identical just mirror images of each other. Coleridge Cottage - Sleeps 2 in a double bed. Wordsworth Cottage - Sleeps 2 in a slightly larger double bed, but then there is a little less room around the bed.

You can rent both cottages as there is a lockable interconnecting door between both cottages.

Small Dogs are very welcome but we do charge for their stay, each, 7 nights £30, 3 or 4 days £20, 1 night £10

The cottages are not suitable for children. You can bring your baby but also please bring their travel cot and a high chair as we can not supply any additional bedding for babies.
