A way-marked wonderland - field and fountain (St Agnes) moor and mountain (OK Dunkery Beacon) following bridle paths. The holden walks from the visitors centre are great. Try numbers 12, 15 & 14. We also made our own up. The woods from Dunkery Bridge was fab!! The cottage has a really lovely "vibe" and the finishing touches were appreciated - good bedlinnen, nice towels and comfy furniture. The view is something that I will miss and probably not appreciate fully until we're home. We have loved having and "adopted" dog to play ball with. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, more lie neighbours than guests. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage,
and would have liked to have stayed longer. All in all, it was
a great de-stresser - great view, fresh air and plenty of peace

high quality fittings,great
interior design and a beautiful kitchen area that allows
for some 'proper' cooking - and of course the wood
burning stove! I am sure we will be back. Thanks again. |
