Dog Friendly Accommodation at the Coleridge Way Cottages

We warmly welcome dogs to stay in either of our self catering cottages called, Coleridge and Wordsworth cottages. Please see details on How to book a stay.

The cottages have their own self contained garden that is fully fenced in so that your dog(s) can run around in the knowledge that they will not get out. This garden is directly accessed from your patio doors.

Mr & Mrs Curtis from Donnigton recently said "Thank you for making our two westies so welcome. This is so unusual these days, and they loved it as the garden is totally safe and enclosed" See more guest comments.

With fabulous walks right from your door step and the quiet beaches at Blue Anchor just a short drive away, this is the ideal place to bring your dogs on holiday. We have dogs ourselves so we understand the desire to have a great holiday with your pets.

We know that you want somewhere which is clean, warm and immaculate when you have dogs on hoilday with you, not a bit grungy as too many dog friendly places are. We have made sure that when you bring your dogs that you all have a special place to stay.

As Ivan & Michele from Harrogate commented "Great walking country. We loved the uncluttered, clean feel of the cottage. Highlights: wood burning stove and very comfy bed. We'll definite recommend it to others"

We welcome up to small two dogs to stay in either Coleridge or Wordsworth cottage. (If you have large or more dogs then call us first for a chat).

Each dog is charged for their stay, 7 nights is £20, 4 nights is £15, one or more nights £5 per night. This is payable please upon booking

We know that most pet owners are very conscious of their dogs behaviour so not wanting to be too officious but for clarity we do ask that owners respect the furniture and keep their dogs off the beds. Also, please do not leave your dogs unattended in the cottages, we can arrange a dog-sitting service if you should require it.

Linda & Clive from Berkshire said "What a view!! and comfortable cottage. Dog and us perfectly happy well walked. Hope to be back next year".

Horse stabling is also available on site in our livery yard. Ask Emma for more details.

The cottages are on a working livery yard and we have many sheep and pheasants on our fields and on adjacent fields so we do ask that dogs are keep under control outside of the cottages and secure cottage garden.
