You can book a cottage (or both cottages) for either a:

1. Full Week of 7 nights that runs Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
   
2. Long Weekend of 3 nights, Friday to Monday
   
3. Mid-Week of 5 days, 4 nights, Monday to Friday
4. You choose the start and end days but this is by special arrangement so please call Emma to discuss availability.
   
5. Special packages for Christmas and New Year - after 23rd Dec 2011

How to use the booking rate tables below:
Select which stay option you desire, a week, a weekend, or a midweek break. Check the dates you require to see which date band they fall into. This is then the rate. For Example, a week 5th to 12th August = £425 (it falls into date band 8th July to 1st September)

A Full Week: 7 nights:
Friday or Monday 3pm to Friday or Monday 11am

A Long Weekend: 3 nights, Friday 3pm. to Monday 11am.

Mid-Week: 4 nights, Monday 3pm. to Friday 11am.

Add an extra night to a Long weekend, Mid-Week or Full week stay. The cost for each extra night is:

Christmas and New Year 2011 / 12: Special Packages
Available for either cottage or book both cottages, open the adjoining door and have all the family together for the festive holidays. We are offering a week package over Christmas and either a 3, 4 or 7 day package over New Year.

These rates are for either the Coleridge Cottage or the Wordsworth Cottage.

Coleridge Cottage - Sleeps 2 in one double bed

Wordsworth Cottage - Sleeps 2 in one double bed that can be converted into two single beds in the same bedroom, if requested.

You can rent both cottages as there is a lockable interconnecting door between both cottages.

Dogs are very welcome but we do charge for their stay (each), 7 nights £30, 3 or 4 days £20, 1 night £10

The cottages are not suitable for children. You can bring your baby but also please bring their travel cot and a high chair as we can not supply any additional bedding for babies.

Horse Stabling is available at the adjacent Livery yard. Ask Emma for more details.

Booking and Payment Terms:

Full payment to be made please at the time of your booking.

Payment is in advance by debit or credit cards (cheques accepted if it is sent further enough in advance of stay).

If you cancel 90 days or more prior to your stay then 90% will be refunded. If you cancel for any reason 30 days or more (but less than 90 days) prior to your stay then 50% will be refunded. After that we are sorry but no refund will be made.

We reserve the right to change the prices charged at any time.
